This morning, the secretary of the Department of Planning and Policy of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation, Ruth Ladenheim, opened the tables corresponding to "Crop and seed production improvement" and "Ocean resources production and processing", initiating the debate process at the Argentina Innovadora 2020: National Plan of Science, Technology and Innovation, along with representatives of the sector, in order to define proposals in strategic areas"

"From the Ministry we are dedicated to increase the development research, research, equipment, infrastructure and human resources to perform research activities”.

In her presentation, Ms. Ladenheim referred to the participatory nature of the Plan and the relevance of the work carried out in the various implementation tables of the 35 socio productive cores, "From the Ministry we are dedicated to increase the development research, research, equipment, infrastructure and human resources to perform research activities”. He noted that our country is "one of the major players in terms of counterseason export, so the purpose of this table is to generate a strong seed industry”. The implementation tables aim to align interests, commitments and actions among the more relevant actors of the governmental, academic and private scope, involved in strategic areas such as biorefinery, efficient use of energy, phytoenergy, food processes, agriculture, environment, health and development, among others. At the meetings, participants work on problems considered as priority and develop possible solutions to the addressed issues.
