The ministry of Science, through the National Agency for Science and Technology Promotion, funds the incorporation of highly qualified human resources into companies. Subsidies of up to $ 280,000 are granted.

The incorporation of doctors into companies is financed

The National Agency for Science and Technology Promotion of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation, funds the incorporation of professionals with the degree of doctor into private companies covering salary costs with subsidies of up to $280,000. The call, operated by the Argentinean Technology Fund (FONTAR) of the Agency, has no deadline for submission of projects because it is under permanent window.

The purpose of the instrument is to strengthen the scientific and technological capabilities of enterprises producing goods and services seeking to improve their production through research and development. Professionals should be graduated doctors, of any nationality, of any technological scientific body, university or training institute, with or without a scholarship and having the intention of directing their employment orientation to the production system.

Non Refundable Contributions will be granted to cover part of the salary corresponding to the personnel that is going to integrate or create units of research, development and innovation. The funding support is decreasing over time and will continue up to three years as follows:

   - Fist year: 13 payments of up to $ 9,600 or up to 80 % of the labor cost.

   - Second year: 13 payments of up to $ 7,200 or up to 60% of labor costs

   - Third year: 13 payments of $ 4,800 or up to 40% of labor costs

Interested companies may do their own search or request a specific profile to the FONTAR, which has the support of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) and the Dr. Manuel Sadosky Foundation to identify potential applicants.
