RAICES is an instrument created to strengthen our national scientific and technological capabilities through the development of networking policies and actions, so that Argentinean researchers living abroad may return and stay in our country.

Calls organized within the Raices Programme are aimed at facilitating the return and settlement of Argentinean researchers living abroad, developing networks with Argentinean researchers living abroad, disseminating abroad our scientific and technological activities, and getting the private productive sector of our country involved, as well as other entities, such as foundations and NGOs to join the Program actions.
