The Strengthen Competitiveness of SMEs and Job Creation in Argentina is a program of international cooperation signed on June 21, 2011 between Argentina and the European Union.

It aims to improve the competitiveness of the private sector adding knowledge and value to their products and services.

There is a shared vision between Argentina and the European Union on the ability of micro and nanotechnologies to enhance the quality of life, protect the environment and promote the industrial competitiveness.

The program focuses on four strategic areas: Metal mechanics (including parts), Agro-Food, Health and Electronics.
